August 18, 2009 (Toronto, ON) – Pizza 73 has opened its fourth location in Saskatoon, fulfilling its promise to satisfy urban appetites for new options, great taste and better service.
Located at 11-510 Circle Drive East, the 1,495 square foot Pizza 73 is one of six new concept restaurants which hosts in-store family seating, offers pizza by the slice, and features longer operating hours from lunch to late night. The opening of this location highlights a growing demand for Pizza 73 in the community.
“Sales in Saskatoon are strong and steady,” said Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer for Pizza 73. “And we haven’t reached the pinnacle yet. Based on the feedback we’re getting, customers would welcome more locations to satisfy their hunger wherever they are: at home, work or play.”
In conjunction with the opening of its fourth location, Pizza 73 decided the timing was right to offer the 40-minute delivery guarantee on applicable deliveries in Saskatoon and surrounding area.
“Having more outlets in an area helps our local operators deliver a pizza that is piping hot and as fresh as can be,” says Pat Finelli, chief marketing officer for the banner. “It also allows us to respond to consumers who continually ask for more locations, options and convenience.”
Combined with store openings earlier this summer in Fort Saskatchewan, Okotoks and Lethbridge, Pizza 73 now has 71 locations across western Canada.
“Our team works closely with local entrepreneurs to identify growing markets like Saskatoon, whose residents have demonstrated a demand for Pizza 73,” notes Mr. Finelli. “Our goal has always been to provide more choice, value and quality to customers, and with the help of local partners, we’re able to do just that…and more.”
