EDMONTON, AB, February 7, 2013 - Pizza 73 is making it easy for Canadians to celebrate Valentine's Day this year. The pizza chain has launched a two-topper Valentine's Delight pizza in the shape of a heart, the perfect food choice for enamoured couples who wish to stay in the comfort of their home. The specialty menu item is priced at $10.99 and is available now at the company's 73 locations.
"We launched this pizza last year for Mother's Day and the response from customers was well beyond our expectations," said Pat Finelli, Chief Marketing Officer for Pizza 73 and Pizza Pizza. "Lavish dinners and expensive jewellery may be a swell idea, but for most of us Valentine's Day tends to have its share of normal responsibilities. A little gesture, such as a delivery in the shape of a heart, goes a long way without breaking the bank."
The Valentine's Delight pizza is available until February 17 at all traditional Pizza 73 locations in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
